1996 – Excel Travel was featured in the Sunday Edition of the Asbury Park Business Section (front page!) with the headline “Fruits of Their Travel”.
From 1996 to 1998 Excel Travel wrote a travel column for the HUB.
1998 – Excel Travel was the recipient of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce Spinnaker Award for Community Service, and received a joint legislative resolution, presented by Assemblyman Steve Corodemus.
From 1998 to 2000 Excel Travel had its own radio talk show on WCNJ.
2003 – Ted appeared on WWORTV in New York, on “Garden State Matters” with Harry Martin. The topic was: “Traveling on a Budget”.
2003 – Excel Travel was featured in the Middletown Reporter Section of the Asbury Park Press: “Excel Goes Exotic”.
2005 – Excel Travel was exclusively featured in an article in The Two River Times: “Travel Better and Save Money With An Experienced Agent”.
2005 – Excel Travel was featured in the Long Branch Reporter Section of the Asbury Park Press: “Travel Agency wants Patrons to Go Away”.
